Super fast service and the burgers were great! Very friendly staff too! I normally go to the location on North Reserve, but both locations are great. The walk up window at this one is a really fun addition; great for summer evenings. Actually is the best mushroom and swiss I’ve had in town. Was shocked for it being a fast food place :) They also have crushed ice, which everyone knows makes soda taste 10x better haha

The handsome fella in drive thru I think named Eli took my order, he was super sweet and made sure my order was correct. My burger looked immaculate, just the succulent treat I needed! And the raspberry shake was very tasty, yes indeed.

Good atmosphere, drive thru and walk up windows. Upbeat, friendly, hardworking staff. Great food and shakes!!! Breakfast burger is highly recommended!! Keep up the good work Frugals!!

Every time we come to Frugals on Books street we have an amazing time. The food has always been prepared the way we order. This is the only place in town where I actually get what I ordered and the staff have always been super patient and friendly.

Frugals is my favorite fast food stop! The meals are affordable and always delicious. I eat there once a week (I wish I was exaggerating) and I've never had a bad experience or messed up order. 10/10 Five Stars for everyone on staff!

Frugals is amazing! You can go with a very basic burger or chicken sandwich and add sides as needed or you can go for a full meal combo deal for a few bucks more. Another outstanding offering is their fries! The fries are crispy and salty and fried in fresh oil which imparts a taste that brings you back to the days of fresh French fries being made right! Yes, do get the fries with your meal. While I have yet to order their shakes, many tell me that Frugals milk shakes are some of the best you can get! Another outstanding thing about Frugals is the great customer service. They train their staff right and the young people that work their will undoubtedly go on to command higher level jobs as their careers advance over time. Overall, Frugaks is one of the best fast food restaurants in the area and their business model of affordability coupled with a well tasting burger, chicken sandwich that is, by the way, amazing in it's own right, coupled with fries make Frugals a place you will repeatedly choose over other fast food outlets. You will leave satisfied and happy!
